It's about time I reviewed Franconi's! When our D&D group has money, it's a Saturday favorite. The pizza is good. Not the best I've had; then again, I am spoiled for choice due to my location. Be careful ordering extra cheese - two weeks ago, when our extra cheese pie arrived, the cheese had displaced itself from the surface of the pizza, which was disappointing. The non-pizza dinner options also satisfied all around just this past week. I ordered the lobster ravioli, which was almost certainly not homemade but still delightful in the rose sauce I asked for. The three of us who ordered pasta dishes received generous portions of salad and bread with our meals. (Upon asking what dressing options they had, the lady receiving our order responded, "Anything." This lady also coped marvelously with our oversized order. I wish I had gotten her name.) Delivery is always timely and the staff are friendly.

I wouldn't go back here...they will charge you a dollar for lettuce tomatoes onions on ur burger...? Really ?

phoned in for pick-up order, and even though I repeated it twice, the order was wrong when I got there. Appetizer of fried calamari rings was cold, and for $8.25 there should have been more than 12 little rings...so it lacked quanity and quality, especially for that amount. Chicken cheese steak has been much fresher in the past years, not at all on this order. Very disappointed, had been a fan for a long time.

Eh... It's okay to get pizza delivered, but not to eat in. There was nobody there and the waitress took forever with everything and never even came back to get our money for the check. We had to go to the front to pay just so we could leave. Never get the wings!! Terrible. No meat and over cooked. Dessert was delicious though!!

Pros: good stuffed shells (comes with nice size salad and large "garlic knot"), good cheesesteak hoagie, very nice waitress, large menu, broccoli bites were not greasy Cons: SO MANY ONIONS on the salad & in the cheesesteak hoagie, not a real garlic knot - just a big roll with a TINY bit of seasoning sprinkled on top - I've had MUCH better, broccoli bites tasted like they were made with Velveeta (I'm not a fan of Velveeta, but some may like this), decor needs updating....My boyfriend & I went here for our Valentine's Day dinner since it's close, had good reviews, & we had a coupon. They sat us near a screaming baby - not romantic for young couple on a date! I'd definitely come back, but for takeout or delivery! I'd like to try more of the food.

This is the first time we ordered pizza from here and absolutely loved it! Large pepperoni and cheese pizza was cooked perfectly with a nice, sweet tomato sauce and so yummy. Good compliment to some Saturday night college pizza! Super nice guy over the phone and delivery guy. Will definitely order from here again!

Not just a good place for lunch or dinner but a great breakfast spot. Awesome scalloped potatoes golden thick toast, crisp breakfast. $4-5 can't be beat

I absolutely love pizza. And the pizza they turn out tends to be amazing. I also had the Caesar salad and prob enjoyed it more the second day than the first. I haven't tried anything else but I will most certainly get around to it!

Good pizza, good for takeout. However, noticed decline in quality of food since moving to the area 5 years ago. Dishes are so so-- go to Bacco for more quality Italian fare.

A couple of years ago my wife and I were at a friend's place in Lansdale and she ordered plain pies from Franconi's. I was surprised at how much I liked it. Even a tad reminiscent of of the taste of Jimmy's of Greenlawn back on Long Island. We rarely get out that way but if I did, I would definitely try Franconi's again.

Stopped in last night and ordered a medium veggie pizza and cheese fries. Was brought a large veggie pizza (I just thought they had really big medium pizzas, but no, it was a large when I saw the check). The pizza itself basically was flavorless. The crust was kind of hard, the sauce had no flavor, and the toppings were just plain steamed kind of watery vegetables. The cheese fries were good. Crinkle cut fries with fake cheese. Look, I'm not a gourmet when it comes to junk food. But pizza is sacred and should have FLAVOR and nice chewy crust! Also, the only people working there were, as one other reviewer put it, "sweet but clueless teenagers". One of them dropped a plate of salad when we went to pay our bill, and two of them just stood there looking at me, and then back at the plate like they couldn't figure out what to do next, for what seemed like an eternity. Next time, I'll stick with Lansdale Pizza.

Great tasting pizza, fantastic prices, yummy doughy crust, crispy bottom. One of the best pizzas in the Lansdale area!

By far my favorite pizza in the montgomeryville area! Delivery is always fast and the food is always fresh. Dine in is very casual and BYOB! The servers were everything you would expect for a local pizza joint, the food came out fast and the portions were far too big for one person. I have no complaints at all and love this place. Coupons are always popping up in the local clipper magazine too!

A nice neighborhood restaurant, with good food and prices ! Park in a free, huge parking lot. Seat yourself, there's always plenty of room (this is a large restaurant). The salads are tasty and filling. The italian dishes are very good (even though they could use a little more seasoning). Free drink refills. I usually get the eggplant parmigiana/spaghetti. It is very, very good. I come here about 3x a month for either lunch or dinner. Truly a good neighborhood restaurant, with a friendly wait staff. I am a happy customer.

First let me say this: I used to deliver there. I also used to work for Domino's and my brother used to work for Papa John's. The waitresses at Franconi's have always been sweet and provided good service. The food is fantastic and affordably-priced, ESPECIALLY breakfast. I highly recommend the pizza, garlic knots, and panzerotti.

I've lived in the area for over 20 years, and this place has kind of been a regular spot for my family. That said, it's not terrible, but it's not the best, either. The food isn't bad, but it isn't great. The place overall is pretty average. The pizza's not bad, and we get it delivered fairly regularly, but the meals for eat-in are...well, average. There's not really much else to comment about this place. Oh, I guess since no one has yet, I should mention it's BYOB.

Great local pizza place - when we get pizza in North Wales we always go for one of the Franconi's specials. The pizza is NY style and I'm particularly a fan of the Meat pizza, Special pizza (basically a supreme), the white brocolli and chicken pizza, and the unusual eggplant pizza. Getting delivery over to our apartment usually takes 40 or so minutes, and the prices are pretty good for the amount of toppings you get. I've only eaten in the restaurant side once, and while it wasn't as good as their pizza it was a decent meal. The waitresses were nice and the service was prompt, the pasta we got was pretty average but not bad.

This restaurant sucks. I have the misfortune of working alone in a store 2 doors down and am limited to eating lunch/dinner there everyday I'm working. I have searched and searched and have yet to find an item on their menu approaching par. They refuse to cook their burgers to anything less than a burnt crisp. They have one of, if not THE worst cheesesteak hoagies I've had the misfortune of ingesting. Their rolls are atrocious, and that is the basis of all their sandwiches! Not only do they have bad food, but the prices are WAY out of line, not only in respect to quality, but also when compared to similar establishments. They are staffed by friendly but clueless teenagers, which sadly is the nicest thing I can say about this place. If you don't have to, do not eat here. Go across the street and sit down for some above average diner grub at American Star. As for me, I just ordered their Italian hoagie. The only thing I know I have to look forward to is seeing in what new innovative ways they will screw up this most basic of hoagies. That and an unreasonably lighter wallet. Boo to you Franconi's, boo to you.

When I worked in the same shopping center that Franconi's is in, I ate there every day that i worked. The prices are fantastic (especially for breakfast, you can get a HUGE meal for $5) & the food is delicious. It's not just pizza - they have a good variety. The people are all friendly as well, which makes it even better. They have a dining area with waitresses & also a take-out area, plus they deliver. I ate there 4/5 times a week for 3+ years & have no complaints. My friends & I still go back for lunch quite often.
